Dr. Lindsay Spears DDS
I am blessed to be the dentist at Carolina Crossroads Dental Care. I am originally from Lenoir, NC and I live with my wonderful husband, Brandon, and two children, Ella Rose and Eli. I graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a degree in Dental Hygiene and Chemistry and then continued at the UNC School of Dentistry to achieve my doctorate in 2013. I am such a dental nerd. I love teeth and learning more and more about the ever-changing world of dentistry.
In my free time, you can find me in continuing education courses, reading or spending time with my family. I sing in the choir at my church, Eufola Baptist, and I love to travel. I am very excited to see what the future holds for us here at CCDC and I hope that includes you!
Dr. Spears has completed a Fellowship in Forensic Dentistry, an important area of continuing education for dental professionals. Through her dedication to ongoing learning, Dr. Spears is better equipped to provide comprehensive care to her patients and support the community as a whole. She is available for Forensic Dental consulting.

I am originally from Hawaii but North Carolina has been my home for the last 35 years. I am lucky to be married to Jaime Waiwaiole and have two wonderful sons, Justin and Sean. God has blessed me with my family and some really, really great friends. I feel lucky to be a part of helping Dr. Spears start this new chapter in her life. There is a new contagious energy that makes all the staff want to do our best for her. I have to say that I am a very lucky lady!

I am originally from Clinton, Iowa. My husband and I have lived in North Carolina for 18 years. We have one daughter, Makennah. I feel extremely blessed to work for Dr. Spears and to be a part of this amazing team. This office continues to grow and thrive and I love being a part of it!

I graduated from Central Piedmont Community College with a degree in Dental Hygiene. I have enjoyed practicing at this office for seventeen years. Getting to know my patients and earning their trust is very important to me. I want you to have a feeling of comfort and calm when you come in for treatment. My husband Chuck and I have two wonderful boys that we adore. When I’m away from work I enjoying cheering them on at sporting events, volunteering at their school and our church, and spending downtime at home. Family is important to me and I enjoy getting to know my patients and their families also!

I am a native Michigander. My family and I moved to North Carolina in 2014 and now call it home. I am married to my junior high sweetheart, Shaun. We have two children, Tyler and Megan. I graduated from Catawba Valley Community College with a degree in Dental Hygiene. I am very thankful and feel blessed to be working with such a great group of women. Dr. Spears' office is a wonderful place to work and has amazing patients. In my free time I try to live life to its fullest and never take a single day for granted!

I am happily married to Matthew Hix and have the honor of being the mother of two wonderful kids, Scout and Riley. I love my job and the office I work in. Not everybody is lucky enough to get to work with five of their best friends. In my free time, I am very active in my church and community and love to be outside. I am so fortunate to be a part of a growing practice and I look forward to all the experiences to be had with my coworkers as well as with the patients I have yet to meet!

I have worked in the dental field for over 25 years and love my job! When I was young and had to go to the dentist, I was terrified! I was the one that would cry the whole time I was in the dental chair. After having my second child, I decided to go back to school and, surprisingly, decided on dental assisting. This helped me overcome my fear and has made me enjoy helping anxious patients get through their dental procedures. I graduated from Grayson College Dental Assisting in 1983. I love what I do and the people I have gotten to know over the years. I have been blessed to have some awesome ladies to call my coworkers and my friends. In my free time, I enjoy riding motorcycles with my husband, camping and spending time with my family and friends.
